About Lisa Lanier

As a C-suite leader with 30+ years of experience with global Fortune 500 clients, I partner with leaders and organizations in the transformation of their teams, leaders and cultures to enable their talent to thrive and deliver the extraordinary.As an Executive/Leadership and Team Coach, I am passionate about helping leaders and their teams find that "aha" moment so they can do what they do better. Being a leader isn't easy and sometimes we all need a little help...I love helping my clients see their challenges through a new lens, visualize what's possible, and then create the path to do what they need to do!During my corporate career, I led Sales and Client Service teams to deliver breakthrough growth, and led multiple functions including Operations, Product Development, IT and HR. I led groups as large as 2000, and have been responsible for P&Ls of $100MM+. I have also led organizational and leadership restructuring, integrated multiple acquisitions, and was a member of the executive management team that led the successful company sale to new private equity owners. Responding to substantial market challenges, I have partnered with clients including Nestlé, P&G, Microsoft, GSK, Unilever and SCJ to create and drive brand growth. I have guided leaders through significant disruption and growth, empowering them to lead with transparency and by “keeping it real”, minimizing impact and accelerating commitment. I have supported over 500 leaders globally across a wide variety of industries and levels, consulted on multiple large scale organizational transformation initiatives in professional services and manufacturing, conducted leadership assessments and team development workshops, facilitated group coaching sessions, and developed/delivered training programs on change leadership, communication, and for emerging leaders. I am certified and credentialed as a professional coach and in several assessments. My services include executive, leader and team/group coaching, leadership development, and organizational programs for transformation and change.I am a CPCC certified Coach through the CoActive Training Institute (CTI) and PCC accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
