My passion is, has been, and will always be around training and development. Getting to help others reach their full potential by making money doing what they love is extremely rewarding. Six of my last fifteen years of leadership have been in the beauty industry. One of many things I enjoyed about the industry is that it did not matter which department my providers were in; they all shared a common goal of helping others feel and look better. Unfortunately, I also witnessed young professionals lose their passion due to not being given all the tools to succeed. Their knowledge of business fundamentals, which we all know is essential, either lacked or was non-existent. I am very passionate about Prosper U and what we do- Teaching future professionals how to achieve sustainable success and make money doing what they love!
