Launched statewide program to engage in oversight and review of representative payees under the “Strengthening Protections for Social Security Beneficiaries Act of 2018”. Served as main point of contact with Social Security Administration officials to report progress and address concerns raised during review process. Maintained current knowledge of all facets of the program by regularly corresponding and collaborating with the National Disability Rights Network.
