- Reporting to Regional Senior HR Director of Global Sourcing East Hemisphere- Leading China talent acquisition team and overseeing HR professionals who support recruiting needs in regional offices, delivering hundreds of hires (professionals, temps and contractors) a year across all business functions in the region, all ranks to functional head- Responsible for regional recruiting Operations, managing the full cycle of hiring processes from receiving recruiting request to onboarding, covering in-take meeting, job analysis, hire plan development, multi-channel searching and posting, screening and assessment, composing Compensation and Benefits proposal and benchmarking, pre-employment check, relocation (work permit application, familiarization trip, shipment service), documentation preparation for onboarding, seamless transition to HR Business Partner- Directly driving Operational Excellence and supporting recruiting initiatives in the region, including Global Recruiting System utilization and improvement, New technologies and social media usage, Local and global vendor management, referral program launch to regional offices, campus recruitment, internship program, and participating Student Event- People management, responsible for training and development to recruiting team and country HR- Relationship manager, directly involvement with business strategic planner and HR Business Partner to develop recruiting strategies and plans to attract/develop/retain talent to meet business needs (when/where/what), internal movement, talent review and planning- Managing recruitment budget and ensuring compliance; recruiter for HR
