I am a driven individual who started my own business to change the lives of families through education and training in CPR and First Aid. I also work as an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) helping to families with breastfeeding support and education. My diverse experiences in customer service, management, risk management, loss prevention and health and safety haven given me a unique perspective and many different life experiences. I have the ability to develop strong relationships and rapport with patients, customers, and colleagues through effective communication and finding common ground.
