Marketing analysis and Sales Management

• Responsible for Chipset/Memory / Wifi BT strategic sourcing, select and develop suppliers.• Lead Price negotiations and all commercial agreements negotiation with suppliers.• Advise Project Management and R&D (Development Engineering) on industry trends, matters of cost and choice of suppliers.• Develop and sign-off Business Cases on new components, execute supplier selections & finalize commercial agreements.• Develop specific, measurable procurement plans in order to achieve quarterly.• Material cost Control and Analysis.• Evaluation market trend and forecast.

• Work with Sourcing Project Manager and development organization in specific projects and to select suppliers for the development projects • Lead Price negotiations and all commercial agreements negotiation with suppliers.Lead Price negotiations and all commercial agreements negotiation with suppliers. • Advise Project Management and R&D (Development Engineering) on industry trends, matters of cost and choice of suppliers. • Develop and sign-off Business Cases on new components, execute supplier selections & finalize commercial agreements. • Material cost Control and Analysis

• Responsible for PCB/RFID Chipset/ Memory/ WIFI /Bluetooth parts purchasing and management ，Supplier evaluation and selection. • Lead Procurement team, Evaluate, select and develop suppliers. • Lead Price negotiations and all commercial agreement negotiation with suppliers.• Advise Project Management and R&D (Development Engineering) on industry trends, matters of cost and choice of suppliers.• Develop and sign-off Business Cases on new components, execute supplier selections & finalize commercial agreements.• Develop specific, measurable procurement plans in order to achieve quarterly and annual procurement target.• Optimize procurement channel as necessary, recommend changes as required to meet objectives.• Material cost Control and Analysis. • Issue purchase order , confirm and arrange shipment and delivery .

• Ensure LCD/Camera/PCB/FPC/Chipset/ Memory/ WIFI /Bluetooth parts purchasing and management.• Evaluate, select and develop suppliers. • Maintain short and long-term price estimates. • Lead Price negotiations and all commercial agreement negotiation with suppliers.• Responsible to make sure supplier has the capacity to support volume requirements.• Advise Project Management and R&D (Development Engineering) on industry trends, matters of cost and choice of suppliers.• Develop and sign-off Business Cases on new components, execute supplier selections & finalize commercial agreements.• Issue purchase order , confirm and arrange shipment and delivery .

• Regional & Global Commodity Team Purchasing leader , Main responsible for Nokia mobile phone strategic purchasing.（IC/PCB/chipset /Memory/ WIFI /Bluetooth /Resister/Capacitor/Inductor）parts purchasing and management.• Supplier Chain Management Project Leader, Participate global project, Responsible to make sure supplier has the capacity to support volume requirements.• Maintain short and long-term price estimates.• Develop, drive, and maintain the commodity strategy, supplier strategy and global technical roadmaps. • Responsible for material management in order to minimize excess/obsolete material inventories. • Negotiate End-of-Life claims with factories and suppliers.

• Purchasing and material leader , Control Key Suppliers Materials Purchasing, For example : IC , Memory，Chipset , WIFI /Bluetooth , Resister ,Capacitor , Inductor parts• Material cost reduction control, Maintain short and long-term price estimates. • Develop, drive, and maintain the commodity strategy, supplier strategy and global technical roadmaps. • Negotiate End-of-Life claims with factories and suppliers.• Lead Global Price negotiations and all commercial agreements’ negotiation with suppliers.
