The employment, skills and training aspect is where I am focusing my attention at present, managing a range of projects designed to support the supply chain and SMEs within the construction sector.My previous project, Building Growth South West, developed and delivered strategic engagement, soft skills and pre-employment training programmes. This was in a bid to bridging the gap with the skills shortage we are facing as a sector and to develop longer-term sustainability links.
