Lisa is a Licensed Real Estate Agent who graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Curtin University and was practicing as an Accountant before making the career change and getting involved in the property market.Lisa has over 20 years’ real estate experience in Singapore and Western Australia combined.Lisa helped her investors from Singapore and Malaysia in the successful acquisition of en-global land for subdivision when she migrated to Perth in 2004. Lisa also assisted her investors in coordinating the development process and sales and marketing of the sub-divided lots. Total value of the projects was $90m.Lisa’s extensive experience and network came in handy when Lisa decided to venture into Project Marketing in 2010.Lisa is highly successful in selling house and land packages to off the plan luxury apartments for highly reputable builders and developers in Perth. Lisa also raised funds, both debt and equity for developers in Perth.Lisa is known for her wide market knowledge, resourcefulness and her unmatched devotion to clients as well as her strong work ethics.
