Lisa Loonan is an accounting professional with over 20 years of experience. Having worked extensively in payroll, Lisa founded Payroll Solutions Ltd in 2007 and serves as Managing Director. She also currently manages the personal tax department for the partner firm, Metcalfes Accountants and Business Advisors. Lisa started her career as an Insurance Underwriter before transitioning into accounting. She completed her Payroll diploma in eighteen months through CIPP fast track, while working full time, raising her family, and staying active in their hockey programs. In her leisure time, Lisa is passionate about sport, especially Hockey and she volunteers as a National League Match Official and tournament Technical Official and Judge for England Hockey. At the time Lisa was starting her business, she was working from home as a young mother of three school aged children. Over the next few years, she grew the business, initially from a home office, employing and training family members. As her children and her business grew, the company moved into larger offices within the local town.
