I have worked in the care industry for almost 10 yrs. I worked my way up from a care assistant to deputy manager in a 39 capacity dementia and residential home. I believe I achieved a great deal in my working career within the care industry and is what I am passionate about. I no longer work in a care home and will soon be starting a job within the NHS, hoping to enhance my skills further. I have learned that to be kind, compassionate and a good listener are key skills and am proud of the relationships I have gained over the yrs and the respect from my peers. I hope to continue with this vital, great work within the care industry.
