Born and raised in the Salinas Valley, I have been surrounded by agriculture my entire life. Although my family had no ties to agriculture, the farming community piqued my interest from a very early age. In 2003, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness with a concentration in marketing and international management from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, CA. In October 2023, I completed my Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Phoenix. I began my career with Radicle Seed Company & Headstart Nursery twenty years ago and am an integral part of their Executive Management team. The opportunities that have been afforded to me throughout my journey have been plentiful. I strive to pay it forward by being a voice and advocate for the agricultural industry, guiding the next generation toward a rewarding career like I have been fortunate to find.
