Current★ Onboarded to support and assist the Chairman of a Commercial and Residential Real Estate Development and Property Management company. • Provide support and assistance for a variety of business and personal matters. Ensure the successful planning, scheduling, and execution of meetings, travel, events, and projects.• Heavy calendar management between the Chairman, C-Suite staff, and clients, as well as coordinating personal meetings, reservations, and medical appointments. • Lead concurrent ad hoc projects, including project planning and managing deadlines, risks, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful and timely delivery. • Partner with internal team members to identify root causes, redundancies, bottlenecks, and opportunities, driving the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.• Manage personal finances, including investments, checking, and credit card accounts. • Reconcile personal credit card expenses ensuring all charges/credits are correctly recorded. • Oversee the maintenance of personal real estate properties in multiple states. Liaison between household staff and the Chairman. Process all monthly expenses ensuring they are paid in a timely matter. Review yearly maintenance contracts and process invoices. • Accurately coordinate all travel arrangements domestically and internationally with private jet services and major airlines. • Provide detailed itineraries of all meetings and travel arrangements.• Receive, respond, and compose a heavy volume of emails, ensuing follow-up is provided. • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Chairman, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature, and determine the appropriate course of action. • Keep an inventory of an extensive artwork collection and antiques. Work with art services on pick-up/delivery of new purchases for shipment to the appropriate home.
