As a Director of Human Resources I provide senior level HR support to the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Operations and his leadership team as well as the VP of Day of Job (Call Center). I lead a team of 7 HR professionals and together we support over 1700 employees across the nation.

As the Vice-President of Human Resources within Wyndham Vacation Rentals, I supported the President of North America Rentals and over 2,500 associates across the United States & Canada. As the Senior Human Resource Leader supporting this entire business unit I led a team of 12 HR professionals spanning locations across the country. During my time in this role I was responsible as the HR SME on 10+ acquisitions from diligence to integration. Created HR processes that drove consistency and efficiencies across our business to include: unified policies, recognition programs, performance standards, compensation plans, selection process and on-boarding process and people leader on-line toolkits.

During this time I supported the Senior Leadership team responsible for all of Wyndham Vacation Ownership's Resort Operations across the country. I had a team of HR professional nationwide who supported 6,000+ hospitality associates. I transitioned to supporting the Executive Vice-President of Timeshare Sales & Marketing for the Southern Business Unit. In both roles I proactively led a team of HR professionals in the areas of talent selection and development, associate engagement, talent management and succession planning, and execution of our HR strategies which support the success of our business.

Provided overall strategic human resources support and leadership to workforce of approximately 750 located in Kennesaw GA and Richmond VA. Responsibilities include ensuring HR team meets performance metrics for staffing, retention and employee satisfaction.Responsible for integrating this new line of business acquired June 2004 into the larger firm through manager and employee education, training, calibrations and through building strong client relations.Other positions held: SR.
