Lisa’s special interest areas of coaching are leadership development for Engineers and HSEQ professionals and coaching support for women returning to work after Parental Leave break.Lisa is an experienced Senior Executive with 27 years experience working in a complex operational environment. Having worked almost her whole career for Caltex Australia, Australias largest oil refiner, importer and marketer, she has gained deep experience in all aspects of the business. She has provided leadership, mentoring and coaching for people and teams in a broad ranges of roles with broad backgrounds and levels of experience.
