I love being a part of a team. For more than 25 years, I have been associated with the team at Noe Office Supply. For the majority of the past 25 years, I was the team captain, head cheerleader, coach, and water boy. I believe that being a part of a team means that you are willing to wear multiple hats, no matter your position. As the Owner of Noe Office Supply until 2018, I was responsible for making sure that my customers had a resource to obtain their office supplies and equipment efficiently. I was also responsible for making sure my employees felt like they were a valuable part of the team. As a small business owner, I was responsible for all aspects of the business, including human resources, budgeting and finance, customer service, strategic planning, marketing, and sales. I am proud of what we were able to accomplish in my time as the owner of Noe. Since transitioning into a purely sales and customer service role, I have been able to continue to serve our valuable customers and expand our geographic reach beyond the Mid-Ohio Valley. Just like in my early days at Noe, I love talking with our clients and learning about their business and trying to match their needs with our resources.
