Casual position whilst studying - Liaising with customers at Sydney Airport.

• Investigating complex cases where customer payments have returned or queried by Counter-party Banks• Sending out SWIFT messages for amendments, recalls and payment traces.• Central point of contact for the internal Stake holders and Counter-party Banks.• Close interaction with the business (Front Office, Sales and Middle Office) to ensure a seamless and quality service to the client.• Managing queries for Tier 1 clients• Initiating the return of funds back to the remitter where required.• Adhering to the standard of operations in FXIP, and complying with all applicable regulatory and internal compliance requirements, including the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud.
