Dr. McIntyre currently serves as the Assistant Vice Provost for Student Success Innovations in the Office of the University Provost at Arizona State University. In this role, she works collaboratively with faculty and staff across the university to operationalize a responsive learner-centered culture that focuses on balancing technology and empathetic human interactions in achieving ASU strategic goals. Key initiatives include:Centralizing the evaluation of transfer credits for ASU’s 17,000 transfer students through the Transfer Credit Guide. This new system increased evaluation of out of state transfer credit from 200 courses/year to 8,000 in the first three (3) months and now over 100,000 courses annually. The streamlining of transfer credit enabled the launch of MyPath2ASU, which automates on-demand transfer pathways to deliver a large scale self-service solution for transfer students. Launching the award-winning Advisor Portal, a customized interface in Salesforce to facilitate proactive advising based on analytics and enhance the institution’s ability to measure impact of advisor outreach. Leading cross-functional teams across the university to redesign the ASU Mobile App to facilitate timely, personalized communications and interactions to enhance student engagement.Dr. McIntyre regularly champions collaboration across multiple university offices to design personalized, proactive, analytic informed communication campaigns to support students’ academic success; proactive service strategies; and student success data collaborative efforts. Dr. McIntyre also enjoys teaching and supporting the research of future Higher Education leaders in the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College Higher Education graduate programs.

Dr. McIntyre teaches courses in Student Development Theory, Applied Inquiry and Leadership in the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College Higher Education program.

As the Executive Director of Advising and Student Advancement in the University Provost Office at Arizona State University, Dr. McIntyre works collaboratively with faculty and staff across the university to champion initiatives that ensure the continued advancement and success of students and the academic advising specialists who support them.

In the role of Director of Transfer Systems Development in the University Provost Office at Arizona State University Dr. McIntyre was charged with developing systems, policies, processes and technology tools to centralize the the evaluation of transfer credit to ensure the university meets its enrollment and student profile goals.
