Senior Data Analyst for the Customer Insights Center.

Provided data analysis and support for the Air Force Community Assessment Survey.

Program and maintain SAS programs for MEPRS Early Warning and Control System (MEWACS). Conduct and report survey analysis of MEPRS Conferences. Developed and maintain functional data dictionary for EAS IV Repository for MEPRS users. Create knowledge assessment analysis to determine areas of teaching focus and improvement. Collaborate with team members to modify existing curriculum for data analysis courses. Instruct adult learners in BOXi (WEBi and DESKi), MS Excel Pivot Tables, and EAS IV Repository utilization through the QUEST course provided to Military Health Systems personnel. Course topics include identifying outliers, trending, Six Sigma interpretation, and program costs.

Instructed college level students in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and business technology issues. Constructed course curriculum and assessments based on required text and supplemental resources. Utilized multiple adult learning methodologies to re-enforce skills that are required to learn software applications. Used web-based system to post course documents, message board discussion topics, and announcements.

Reviewed SAS code of a statistical model used to create Disease and Non Battle Injury (DNBI) rates for the US Army. Verified and validated Requirements Specifications, Conceptual Model documentation, and SAS program code documentation based on Army regulations. Assisted with writing the VV&A Plan, Conceptual Model Review, and Final VV&A Technical Report. Maintained status reports of each phase of the VV&A project

Provided SAS programming support for Modeling and Forecasting Statisticians. Developed Oracle database tables to house extracted data from various Oracle data warehousing databases. Extracted data from Oracle databases using Business Objects.

Provided programming support for the creation and maintenance of programs used for data entry, data management, data validation, statistical report generation, and program validation using SAS and SQL in Oracle Clinical. Ensured quality by validating all programs and output, and creating and maintaining documentation for all activities. Assisted Data Management and Biostatistics with developing tools and techniques for improving process efficiencies.

Assisted Psychometricians with statistical analysis by manipulating data, creating and running statistical programs, and organizing data for research and presentations. Developed Excel macro to convert comma separated value files into protected spreadsheet using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)

Investigated late catalog orders, implemented quick fixes, and determined process improvements. Created a relational database to track an arrival and distribution of a complex scoring contract. The process cut the turnaround time of the organization of documents by over 50%.
