● Energizing the Power cabinet and igniting the community’s passion towards important sustainability themes like renewable energy, net-zero carbon, and other power-related client goals ● Fostering collaboration between regions to bring Arcadis’ global expertise to individual client projects ● Inspiring subject matter experts in the Power cabinet to share best practices in order to streamline key project wins and inform the community of the different ways to safely, effectively, and profitably implement Energy & Resources projects● Assisting with multiple projects that involve site remediation, construction, community outreach, permitting, and sustainability, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and offering high-level strategies that improve project efficiency● Understanding key legal drivers to manage how projects are implemented and communicated to the public● Using digital tools to improve collaboration with diverse community groups and enhance community participation and acceptance, as well as to forecast and proactively take action towards addressing complex project issues● Working closely with client leaders to resolve conflict and develop consensus between competing stakeholders ● Promoting organizational awareness in order to develop and implement strategic plans

● Directing the Arcadis North America practice of the Power & Utility sector, which consists of 38 regulated utilities and 15 independent power producers in the United States● Leading the Power community in finding opportunities for energy transition with our clients● Creating innovative solutions and guiding the Power team to achieve client success from a financial, safety, and technical perspective● Steering the Power community in outperformance mode to ensure the consistent increase of the sector’s annual net order intake● Working closely with account leaders to deliver cost-effective and high-quality technical solutions to our clients (e.g., transmission line permitting and design, manufactured gas plant remediation and redevelopment, coal ash facility decommissioning and redevelopment, and renewable energy consulting and design)
