-Oversee the Project Management and Logistic Coordinator teams. -Harmonize internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation.-Strategic consultation, planning, and coordination of global logistics to new or existing locations based on customer needs. -Comprehensive database management and migration for each client project. Development of a detailed plan to track progress for each project. -Audit data on a continuous basis and provide updates based on any changes given from Clients, General Contractors, or Vendors. Communicate any changes to all appropriate parties.-Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, consolidating, or carriers.-Confer with Carriers and 3PL partners to ensure all shipments are meeting quality and deadline standards. -Communicate freight transportation information to shipping vendors and provide all necessary documents. Collect and communicate required documentation to facilitate payments.-Maintain strong business relationships with Clients
