As President and CEO of the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships, I lead a dedicated team working to enhance the Council's reputation as a thought leader in the infrastructure space. I support the Board of Directors and members in a variety of advocacy initiatives and advise on public policy issues, including the development of research to demonstrate the economic and social benefits of public-private partnerships (PPPs).Previously, as Senior Director at Investment, Partnerships and Innovation at Infrastructure Canada where I led a team dedicated to analyzing and researching trends and approaches to alternative approaches to delivering public infrastructure. I developed, strong stakeholder relations and promoted the value of PPP and partnership models, in Canada and internationally. I have been Canada’s delegate to the OECD Senior Infrastructure and PPP Officials Network since 2012 and assumed the role of Chair for 2021. Prior to joining Infrastructure Canada, I was the Director, Strategy and Market Development at PPP Canada, a federal Crown corporation dedicated to increasing the use of Canada’s P3 model across the country. I was responsible for the Corporation’s public relations, market research and strategic planning.
