Duties were to oversee all the setup, running and breakdown of all food and beverage functions for one client/group at any one time. I also used the system Delphi.• Final three months: Sales Assistant – Worked with three Sales Managers, assisting them with daily duties, client site visits, and proposals. Also singly managed the computer system SFA responsible for receiving all internal Marriott leads for prospecting clients.
