At 5M, I delivered assistance to homeowners facing foreclosure by providing foreclosure assistance grants and loan mitigation services. In this role, I managed all MOHS lab processes, processed patient tissue samples, and prepared slides for pathological and microscopic reviews. I reported directly to the Physician, and assisted in multiple cosmetic & surgical procedures including MOHS surgery and CO2 laser resurfacing. Key Accomplishments:• Set-up laboratory from ground-up, trained front office staff, and helped set-up and troubleshoot medical software system.• Established data management protocol for patient biopsies to ensure all positive cases were subsequently scheduled for surgical treatment. • Developed compliance manuals and safety protocols, bio-hazardous waste protocol, and equipment safeguards and maintenance to ensure successful audit reviews.• Managed pharmaceutical inventory and medical supply ordering; met frequently with sales representatives from pharmaceutical, medical device, and medical supply companies.

During this time frame, I served as a Certified Histotechnologist on the medical laboratory team at the hospital, tasked with processing, handling, and preparing tissue and specimens for pathological review.
