I lead a team of policy makers to develop, promote and implement evidence-based national policy on key safety and quality issues. The focus of this program of work is to facilitate the meaningful use of data to improve safety and quality in healthcare.

I played a key role in the Information Strategy team and the Commission’s work program on measurement. I planned, managed and implemented a range of projects to support the use of data within safety and quality initiatives.
