Project manager for the development of several tools that will assist the Army in meeting it’s auditability target. The projects include the use of RPA and AI and involve the management of several large contract teams of admin, developers, change managers, and trainers. Project development using agile methodology using epics and sprints to keep projects flowing and providing key stakeholders periodic updates during the development phase. Working closely with process owners to ensure that their product vision is clearly outlined and communicated clearly to the development team. Ensure that all the right people have a place at the table in the development as-is and to-be phases so that there is a clear understanding of how all the pieces of the puzzle work together to form the entire picture. This mindset helps to make certain that all avenues are addressed, to avoid rework.

• FORSOM Lead Internal Control Administrator, managing the Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC) Program for all FORSCOMS subordinate units, with @ 200 Brigades, Divisions, Corps, Headquarters, and Staff Elements, in 61 locations. • Expert knowledge of the AR 11-2, GAO Greenbook, OMB Circular A-123, Federal Managers Financial Integrity Act of 1982 (FMFIA), Federal Financial Management Improvement Act of 1996 (FFMIA), DoDI 5010.40. • Provided professional input and expert knowledge to HQDA in the revision of the AR 11-2. • Beta Tester for the HQDA RMIC Automation Tool Pilot program. • Brief senior leadership on RMIC Annual Statement of Assurance (ASOA) results and submits them FORSCOM ASOA Package to HQ. • Conduct RMIC Site Visits both in-person and virtually in order to fully evaluate the proper implementation of the program and ensure the of the authenticity and soundness of subordinate evaluations. • Appointed the Unmatched Transaction (UMT) Tiger Team Lead, overseeing the implementation and expansion of the U.S. Army Robotics Process Automation (RPA/BOT) program Army-wide. • Evaluate the existence, completeness, and accuracy of test results provided by subordinate organizations. • Develop evaluation test plans based upon requirements in Army Regulations, interview command evaluators and Internal Control Administrators, then brief senior leadership on evaluation results. • Participating in Test of Design working group to continue to develop/modify business process standards for all Army functions. • Prepare white papers to continue to push for change in how the RMIC program is administered. • Subject Matter Expert participating in the FM Optimization program. • Attending the National Defense University to obtain a CFO Graduate Certificate, completion due Spring 2023.

• Project Manager for Robotics Process Automation (RPA) project, leading efforts alongside the HQDA Sr. Developer to develop robotics to clear FORSCOM UMT’s. • Created and wrote 12 Process Definition Documents for robotics automation, in order to create standardized procedures to clear UMT’s, in both Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A), General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Defense Travel System (DTS), Intra-Governmental Payment and Collections (IPAC), Funds Control Module (FCM) and other systems. • Extensively tested automation that is now being programmed for use across all Army commands. • The results of this project have resulted in a 61% decrease in UMT’s for FORSCOM. • Run the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) in UiPath, the programing system, to complete reporting and execution of funds processes. • Conduct Joint Reconciliation Program (JRP) and provide assistance as necessary.

• Led the Accounting team at XVIII ABN Corps G8, by promoting a team atmosphere, and empowering members to work at the highest levels. • Collaborated with team members to clear all aged UMT’s over 90 days. • Organized a Corps G8 Workshop and invited technicians from DFAS Rome to come and assist in clearing cancelling year ULO’s, which resulted in over $1million of ULO’s being cleared. • Developed cancelling year matrix report, to ensure that all cancelling year issues are addressed and resolved with all fund centers, well before year end. • Responsible for PY funds management for all funds centers under A7618. Ensured funds were moved to satisfy the needs of our fund centers and request additional funding from FORSCOM as needed. • Analyzed all open obligations to determine if they are still valid, to ensure unused funds were re-utilized to avoid any loss of future funding. • Coordinated Joint Reconciliation Program (JRP) by preparing key supporting documents (KDS) we prepared and submitted for all transaction exceeding $50,000.00. • Acted as the Audit POC ensure XVIII ABC was audit ready, by providing guidance in compiling sample packets, as well as working with Ernst & Young auditors to ensure audit checklists are applicable and relevant to the Department of the Army.

• Responsible for all aspects of cash management to include daily cash analysis, monthly bank reconciliations for seven separate bank accounts. • Reconciled and analyzed daily account data to provide status of funds reports to management. • Prepared work papers for annual audit. • Assisted management with fiscal year accounting closeouts. • Completed regulatory, pre-implementation, and risk-based audits to achieve business objectives. • Prepared annual tax returns for university subsidiaries. • Conducted internal control audits of the University Purchasing Cards, in order to discover any instances of fraud waste, or abuse. • Developed remediation plans to prevent occurrences of fraud waste, and abuse. Created a system of controls that still remain on the organizations website.
