Daily I would answer phone, instant chat and email request for computer related issues from employees. This including resolving log in issues, VPN, and other miscellaneous problems that arose. Created customer invoices using Foundation Software and Excel. I entered accounting transactions received into the automated system and recorded the financial information. I was responsible for entering invoices from vendors for materials needed to complete jobs. This included updating financial records to reflect payments received. I completed the Bank Reconciliation regularly. I learned what was required to maintain payroll for 15 employees and brought it in house instead of using ATD. This allowed for better accountability and efficiency.
