Leading the design and frontend implementation of diverse websites while managing and mentoring the design team. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, process improvement through tool implementation, refining design workflows, and representing our design expertise to key clients.

Joining at an early stage before the marketplace launch, I contributed to design, usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics. This involved close collaboration with product management, marketing, development, data science, and an external agency to ensure a successful launch and user-centered experience.

Contributing as a designer and frontend developer to a range of web projects and campaigns, including the relaunches of Hochschule Luzern, Biotta, and the Zürich Film Festival.
