Seed Treatments and Fertilizer Combination Products.• Serves as a regional Regulatory resource for Nutrien Ag Solutions West Region Retail Business.• Regulatory policy work related to crop protection registration (FIFRA), pollinators, biotechnology, water & natural resource issues at the state and federal level as they relate to Nutrien crop protection products and seed.

• Manages new and existing federal registrations for Loveland Products including designated Seed Treatments, Fungicides, Herbicides, Insecticides, and Fertilizer Combination Products.• Works with Marking and Graphics to manage registration and regulatory compliance of products through labeling and marking materials.• Work with Senior Manager, State Registrations to obtain new product registrations in states, as well as maintain existing registrations for all federally registered products.• -Oversee regulatory compliance for all seed licensed to Loveland Products, including Dyna-Gro Brand and seed sold by CPS.• -Works with Dyna-Gro or West Suppliers to resolve any mislabeled seed lots and/or seed deemed out of compliance resulting in “stop sale” orders by state seed officials.• Review, Update and Approve Seed Bags and Seed Tags for Dyna-Gro Seed and Seed Treatments.• Maintain Federal Seed Act (FSA) Compliance for all seed licensed to Loveland Products• Regulatory policy monitoring of Pollinator, GMO, Water/Resource Issues at the state and federal level as they relate to LPI crop protection products and seed.

• Maintains proprietary products currently registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the States.• Applies to the EPA and states for new products entering into the market place which includes researching, arranging for and monitoring all relevant studies necessary to apply for registration of a product.• Ensures compliance of federal and state regulations for pesticide, fertilizer, seed, plant nutritional and adjuvant products.• Assists in review of labels for chemical recommendation writing programs for CDMS and Agrian.• Supports CPS distribution locations to assure compliance of labeling and packaging of bulk pesticide products.

• Developed and executed trade development and market access programs that increased exports and business opportunities for the U.S. Seed industry and associated businesses in markets which include but are not limited to, Argentina, Brazil, China, India and Mexico.• Communicated and facilitated outreach to both U.S. and global industry and government stakeholders on trade policy related to industry issues including; intellectual property rights, phytosanitary and technical trade barriers, biotechnology, seed applied technologies and the organic seed sector in over 30 countries and 6 continents.• Strategic management and oversight of implementation of programs; including writing of the grant application to secure and manage funding and contributions of over 1 million dollars annually.• Responsible for trade policy analysis and communication to the U.S. Seed industry and ASTA membership regarding seed treatment labeling and compliance with state and federal laws and stewardship regulations.• Responsible for monitoring and reporting to membership on organic seed issues while cooperating with industry stakeholders and the USDA National Organic Program (NOP) officials, as well as the National Organic Standards Board on organic seed availability and the NOP rules and guidance.• Supervised Manager, Science and International Affairs

• Performed research under the Environmental Protection Agency project "Assessing the Consequences of Global Change for Aquatic Ecosystems: Climate, Land Use, and UV Radiation" to analyze the water quality of the Lehigh River Watershed using multiple field and laboratory analysis.• Collected and compiled data from the field and the laboratory for further analysis and presentation.
