Raised in the south.  Schooled in the north. Professionally matured in the Rockies. I found my way up north to Alaska, where I'm the Customer Account Manager with Beadedstream, a local remote data monitoring platform manufacturer.  I explain to people how our digital temperature cables or probes are put into the ground or water, plugged into our solar powered data loggers, and have their data transmitted via satellite to our online dashboard for you to view on your computer or phone.  In my diverse career path spanning from operations management to customer service from manufacturing to seasonal tourism, I've learned that clear and concise communication, patience, and the ability anticipate a customer's questions are paramount to excelling in most roles.  You could have the best engineered product, but if your customer doesn't understand what it is, how it works, and why its necessary for making their business more efficient, you won't be in business for long.
