Audit/Monitor and analyze to comply with EEO/OFFCP regulations. Provide consistent, informed, factual and legally compliant information by assisting Business partners with background checks, monthly audits, relocation, non-solicit and Non-compete agreements. Interpretation of HR policies and procedures in order to bring forth an appropriate resolution. Supply technical expertise and provide ideas when assigned to project or workgroups. Supply training and coaching in order to help the Staffing team’s performance. Assist in retention by supplying reports such as Quality of Hire, Retention reports, Workforce Analytics, etc. Setting up and sending out surveys. Monitor/Manage and keep Recruiter up to date on applicant flow of each posting. Follow-up as necessary with candidates after offer has been extended to ensure timely completion of background check. Assist Recruiter as needed to ensure we maximize customer and applicant experience.
