Throughout my career as a leader in innovation and growth strategy consulting for financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, retail, and technology industries, I have cultivated a lifelong interest in developing and connecting people: - Helping junior employees acquire the skills and experiences they needed to grow in their roles - Advising corporate clients on their own career navigation - Building high performance teams - Introducing friends, colleagues and clients to hiring managers at their next firm - Sourcing talent for executive recruitersEight years ago, I transitioned to Higher Education where I developed strategic partnerships with leading and high growth employers, helping them build successful DEI recruiting strategies and overall talent pipelines through an array of immersive experiences designed to engage, educate and inspire students as Director of Employer Partnerships at a top private liberal arts college. Through my roles as a career advisor in finance and consulting, I aim to ensure that all students have access to and are well prepared for great opportunities to launch their careers.A constant learner, innovator and strategic thinker, I recently completed a Master’s degree in Innovation, which inspired several successful initiatives to help students develop successful job search strategies, gain employment experience, build professional networks and gain confidence in a very compressed amount of time: from a four-week credit bearing course with an employer capstone project to two hour quick fire business challenge competitions. I also divised a student led ethnographic research study to understand the career education and preparation needs of diverse student populations to improve the support students receive from career centers, national organizations and employers.I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to realize a decade-long ambition to help talented students, regardless of their alma mater and experiences, find their best fit, get discovered by and present themselves to top employers with confidence – at scale -- as an Executive Director of RecruitU!
