I have over five years of experience in education and wellness, and I hold certifications in fitness training and health coaching. I have worked with diverse clients and groups, from individuals to organizations, to help them improve their physical and mental well-being and achieve their health and wellness goals. I have demonstrated strong skills in customer service, fitness training, and education, as well as a passion for health and fitness.
