I normally manage digital outreach and English Language Learner programmes at the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust, engage audiences of a wide range of ages and backgrounds, and I lead on the Trust's European partnerships. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, I have been predominantly coordinating the transformation of the learning programmes to a digital-first delivery model.
