I have helped TNG grow and develop as a Building Services Consultancy and employer since 1999 and I have enjoyed every minute. From day one it's always been important to grow the team with like minded people that want to provide an excellent customer experience. This is what motivates us and drives the company forward. Being involved in the recruitment process at every level means that I can help find the right people that are a good 'fit' with TNG. I have climbed the career ladder myself and I am a massive advocate of people grasping opportunities when they present themselves and stepping out of their comfort zones. I enjoy nurturing the potential of existing and future employees and find it rewarding when someone's face lights up with the excitement or anticipation of something new.My strengths are my hunger for learning and my commitment to fully understand all aspects of an HR Director role. I am a 'completer/finisher' and love to see a project through from start to finish. As a creative person, I also find great satisfaction in making everything visually pleasing too; I love a colour co-ordinated fully functioning spreadsheet and a beautifully presented document - good times!
