Responsible for managing SAP data of BOM and Recipe and Material Master for Biothrax and Anthrax Product Line supplied to Department of Defense and Strategic National Stockpile. Manage Vendor and Customer Material Master workflows. Work cross functionally with a variety of stakeholders including Planning, Quality, Finance, Manufacturing, Technical Operations, and IT to help ensure that our data stream is accurate, secure, and efficient. Responsible for the accurate and efficient set up of BOM's and Recipes or other elements of SAP Data as assigned and per the Policies and Standards in place.

Perform Master Planner/Scheduler, CMO IPT, IBP, ASN and Project functions. Responsible for developing and executing demand, production, and inventory plans that will enable the organization to meet sales and service level objectives.Maintained close communications with Manufacturing, Quality, ILP and CMO's regarding manpower/equipment requirements and production priorities. Monitor, communicate, and resolve SAP accuracy issues to always ensure SAP system accuracy.

Implement the Supply Chain plan to deliver business strategy for Dow Water and Process Solutions (DW&PS), Polyglycols, Surfactants and Performance Fluids (PS&F), Acetone Divertives, Dow Oil and Gas (DO&G), Plastics, Saran, and Market Development production facilities, including contract management of Isopropanol and Acetone. Assure that business defined service offerings are met at the lowest possible total cost to serve within the area and value center and ensure consistency with the established business rules. I decide "what to make", "when to make it" and "where to make it", ensuring that strategic and tactical business decisions are made with a full and integrated understanding of current and future supply chain capabilities, potential impacts to service, cost, working capital and sustainability, and effective risk management/mitigation. Balance supply and demand over a daily, monthly, and yearly planning horizon, to achieve optimum product availability, asset utilization and supply chain efficiencies.
