I supported the IT Director of the Digital Technology Delivery Group and his global team, and Director of Food Safety until August 2014. As Senior Administrative Assistant, I provided meeting coordination, ongoing budget monitoring and reporting for contingent workforce assigned to various projects - and monitored the overall project budgets exceeding $400K. Provided travel and expense report support to the Director of Genome Information Systems in Austin, TX, and his staff in Austin and Carlsbad, CA; In addition, I assisted 2 Administrative Assistants in supporting other departments that do not have administrative support personnel assigned on a permanent basis for a campus of approximately 300 employees. Since August 2014, I supported the interim Director of Operations, and the Project Manager overseeing a special project transferring manufacture of products from Austin to Vilnius, Lithuania. I served as the lead logistics coordinator for employees during training by arranging domestic and international travel, local meetings including coordination of meeting facilities, catering, transportation, lodging, and special activities for large groups over extended periods requiring interaction with all levels of employees and executive leadership regarding confidential information.
