• Worked as a Proposal Manger in the Proposal Development Center. Used Microsoft SharePoint extensively as the collaboration software for the enterprise. Created and managed SharePoint sites for each new proposal for the entire Proposal Development Center. Worked closely with SharePoint SMEs to resolve issues. Assigned permissions, created and modified document libraries, managed configuration control. • Coordinated efforts of capture managers, engineers, graphic designers, editors, and sales, contracts and finance personnel to build proposals for DoD contracts. Used web-conferencing software to conduct meetings with team members located all throughout the country.• Edited documents and performed extensive desktop publishing.• Led daily status calls of all people involved in proposal. Built schedules, recorded and monitored action items, led reviews, worked closely with proposal engineers to tailor their technical inputs.

Worked on Space Fence, a new radar system that will track small pieces of orbiting debris. Part of the Orbital Mechanics team that provided astrodynamic support.Led development of Observation Track Association, Covariance-Based Track Association and Extrapolation Differential Correction algorithms (C++ and FORTRAN).Worked on Initial Orbit Determination, Initial Orbit Improvement and Orbit Propagation software.Wrote code to interface with Astro Standards software supplied by the Air Force.Worked on trade study to evaluate the cost, performance and design considerations for meeting the Space Fence target correlation requirements for high velocity, low-altitude objects, and to study the effect of modeling the ballistic coefficient of the Initial Orbit Determinations.Extensively analyzed orbital mechanics software results.
