With over 20 years of experience in community health nursing, I am passionate about providing quality care and support to patients and families in their homes. As the Nurse Team Lead for Ancaster/Dundas at Bayshore HealthCare, I oversee the clinical operations and staff development of a team ensuring that they deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care. I also coordinate with other health care professionals, such as physicians, pharmacists, and social workers, to facilitate seamless and holistic care for our clients in our community. In addition, I train and mentor new and existing staff, sharing my expertise and best practices in community health nursing.
