Ors Support
Current• Operating within a central team responsible for all aspects of the distribution of rates/inventory/information from PMS and ORS to all distribution channels including GDS/OTA/Macdonald Web site• Provide 1st line support to hotels regarding Opera/S&C/GDS/Web• Load and maintain Menu Items, Composed Menus, Item, Packages, Templates in Sales and Catering to the Macdonald Hotels company standards• Load rates in ORS in a prompt and accurate manner to Macdonald Hotels company standards and ensure these rates are distributed to applicable channels• Load promotions in ORS and ensure promotional codes work and are bookable in all appropriate channels• Ensuring rate load information is filed correctly and is accessible to other team members• Maintain system information – ORS, Web Content Management System (CMS), GDS• Maintaining the master list of Promotions and GDS/ORS negotiated rates• System testing
