I have extensive experience treating people struggling in their relationships and personal lives with PTSD, betrayal trauma, problematic sexual behaviors and anxiety and depression. My approach includes holistically focused treatments like EMDR and Somatic Experiencing (www.traumahealing.org), as well as concepts from neurobiology, attachment theory and trauma focused research. My strength as a practitioner comes from having done this very type of work for my own healing. My own work and the lives of my clients demonstrate that positive change, which once seemed impossible, is truly within us waiting to be expressed. I find great joy helping people move from hopelessness to vitality and joyfulness.
