As CareOne’s vice president of operations, I oversee processes across the integrated healthcare network and develop solutions to create a meaningful impact on our staff, residents, and their caregiver families. I started working at CareOne in 1996 and was instantly drawn to their mission to deliver hospital-level care in a family-like atmosphere. CareOne’s commitment to excellence inspired me to obtain my CALA, LHNA, and MPA certifications while working full time. It is an exceptional honor to promote joy, engagement, and wellness to both staff and residents. Fostering collaboration and improving the staff-resident-caregiver relationship is profoundly rewarding. CareOne’s family-centered values deeply resonate with me as a mother of twins. My passion and purpose are rooted in enhancing the quality of care of residents and enriching the lives of those who walk through our doors.
