Work closely with the consultants and clients to identify short term and long term goals. Develop a strategy to achieve these mutually identified goals, keeping all parties informed of the progress. Share details on the plan performance, using data to help all stakeholders clearly see the performance and opporutnites. Assist with member issue resolution and education.
