My experience at Red Nucleus pushed me to write about medicine and therapeutics in a creative and concise manner. I was responsible for designing pharmacology training curriculum for sales reps and MSLs, in collaboration with a team of talented graphic designers, developers, editors, and commercial managers. Together, we created new and client-specific products that communicated disease pathology, drug formulation, MOA, clinical trials, and safety/efficacy data. The goal of these modules was to educate pharma sales teams on their product and clinical landscape, and to inspire them to communicate accurate and concise scientific information to health care provider clients.I created image mockups and wrote the content included in each learning module. In doing so, I regularly interacted with pharmaceutical regulatory, legal, and medical committees, and became an expert at dissecting prescribing information, summarizing clinical trials, and helping clients develop appropriate marketing tools. I also led interviews with health care providers on disease management and clinical experiences, to obtain first-hand perspectives for the modules.
