Analyze business processes and improve them based on business or end user requirements. Currently, I am working with our Web Procurement application and our new Procurement Catalog Management system. I write a quarterly newsletter regarding the Web Procurement system and it is distributed to all of the end users of the application. I also write a weekly tip email to the users of the newer Catalog system to remind them of functionalities of the software and to advertize any enhancements that we have made.I have taken numerous Project Management training classes and I have taken Lean levels 1 and 2. This year I will attend a Lean Level 3 course. I generally apply the Lean principles in a business aspect for my two project applications. I have also taken the ITIL V3 Foundation course and I am ITPO (Project Office) certified.In my current and past roles I regularly help train and support the global end users. I really enjoy this as it allows me to meet and converse with people of different nationalties and cultures.

I was responsible for managing the upload and proper validation of Catalog content into our Web based procurement system that is used by the field.I also look for and try to develop new ways to streamline and improve the content process from the creation of the catalog to it's appearance in our application, and I handled all of the change management testing.In 2008 I created the Procurement Newsletter to increase communication between the global team and the field users, and to increase change management communication. This newsletter was a hit and is now published quarterly.
