With over two decades of dedicated service in the water resources industry, Lisa is a seasoned environmental engineer renowned for her steadfast commitment to sustainable development while addressing critical drainage and flooding challenges. Lisa has managed drainage, waterway and flood assessments for major infrastructure projects in Victoria and has undertaken the technical investigations and analysis required for the development of environmental effects statements. Lisa's technical experience encompasses hydrologic/hydraulic assessment and design for creeks and river systems along the south east coast of Australia. She has experience in contract/project management and the construction supervision of such works and has undertaken a variety of projects in the environmental, hydrological, and engineering fields.Lisa has specific experience in waterway rehabilitation including environmental assessment of stream health and the design of instream waterway features. Her experience with environmental flow assessments in Victoria and Tasmania, fulfilling the hydraulic modelling requirements of the technical panel, supported great initiatives aimed at preserving natural waterways and aquatic habitats.Lisa's expertise extends to Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD), where she has played a pivotal role in developing and promoting sustainable urban water management practices. Lisa has worked on WSUD projects from concept through to construction with a focus on wetlands, the retrofitting of urban streetscapes with WSUD treatment measures and water storage/re-use projects.Lisa's career trajectory reflects her dedication to addressing water management challenges while upholding environmental values making her an invaluable asset in building a more resilient and sustainable future.
