Chair of a committee to plan and execute Insurance Education Day 2017, a collaborative effort between the Ohio Insurance Institute, Ohio Department of Insurance, and insurance industry experts to educate insurance professionals and students on relevant insurance trends and practices.

Supervised a team of managed care claims personnel for a Workers' Compensation MCO. Assisted in developing a new claims management system, quality assurance expectations and auditing criteria.
