Process all outside vendor invoices, review all invoices and negotiate with vendors for the best possible rates,challenge any unreasonable charges. Create purchase orders, issue EFS checks, CC payments when necessary. Ensure all maintenance is performed on all fleet/leased equipment according to OEM recommended intervals. Maintain detailed maintenance records. Create reports/spreadsheets for warranty tracking, cost per mile and system code records for all owed/leased equipment. Handle rental fleet, perform in/outbound contracts for rental/leased equipment. Obtain insurance certificates. Perform visual walk around with customers renting/leasing all equipment. Process all shop employee time cards. Create technician productivity reports. Create overdue PM and maintenance reports and review with management. Audit the work in progress reports to ensure all repair orders are accounted for and closed in a timely manor. Maintain State diesel emissions paperwork for all equipment.
