Health Systems International provides cost containment solutions to medical bill payers. As the director of PM, I was responsible for facilitating both internal and external projects, organizing the project teams, monitoring progress, and reporting to stakeholders. Internal projects focused on increased efficiencies and internal process improvements within the technology division. Customer oriented projects involved 837 file transfers between our clients and external PPO repricing organizations.

Originally started with @Global as a technical writer and quickly moved into project management to fill an organizational need. My projects consisted of software implementations for case management, care management and medical bill review organizations. I also successfully managed over 100 EDI implementation projects from conception through production deployment. These projects include FTP/PGP transfer of files in a variety of layouts (primarily 837 ANSI), documentation of requirements for programming, testing, production scheduling, deployment, and production monitoring.
