My career at Roth Companies has been a remarkable journey of growth and leadership. I began in 1999, excelling in Sales & Marketing for the Residential & Commercial Division while also leading a team of estimators. In 2008, I had the opportunity to build the 1800-Boardup team from the ground up, expanding it from just two members to a team of 20 and achieving an annual revenue range of $2-4 million.In 2014, I played a pivotal role in the acquisition of Farrow Restoration and successfully managed the integration process. Simultaneously, I oversaw multiple divisions, ensuring smooth operations and managing emergency responders. My career culminated in 2014 when I was promoted to Vice President. In this role, I guided the company through challenging times, maintained an attractive company profile, and contributed to the successful sale of Roth Companies to ATI Restoration in 2023. My journey reflects my commitment to leadership, adaptability, and my impact on the company's success.

With my experience in marketing and a strong background in strategic planning, I had the distinct privilege of spearheading the grand opening of a prominent shopping mall in Monroe, MI as the Regional Marketing Manager at The Cafaro Company. My role allowed me to apply my extensive skillset in marketing to successfully plan, execute, and oversee the entire grand opening campaign, resulting in a highly successful launch that drew substantial foot traffic and ensured the mall's long-term success.Furthermore, my dedication and expertise in the field led to my promotion as the Regional Marketing Director, responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives across a portfolio of ten malls.
