In 2008, I had the opportunity to build the 1800-Boardup team from the ground up, expanding it from just two members to a team of 20 and achieving an annual revenue range of $2-4 million.In 2014, I played a pivotal role in the acquisition of Farrow Restoration and successfully managed the integration process. Simultaneously, I oversaw multiple divisions, ensuring smooth operations and managing emergency responders. My career culminated in 2014 when I was promoted to Vice President. In this role, I guided the company through challenging times, maintained an attractive company profile, and contributed to the successful sale of Roth Companies to ATI Restoration in 2023.
