I am a certified Co-active Coach who incorporates mental fitness strategies to help midlife and older women to gain confidence, improve their relationships and manage stress. Specifically, I coach recently retired women who spent their life focused on their careers and caregiving and now want to use retirement as an opportunity to focus on themselves and create a life filled with joy and new possibilities. With over 20 years experience in the mental health field, I also coach mothers like me with adult children who have mental health and substance use challenges. We partner together to help them to move from the mindset of surviving day-to-day crisis to establishing their own boundaries and creating opportunities for themselves to experience joy and serenity.
